1-Year Warranty

At bienDo, we stand behind the quality of everything we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no hassle, no questions asked.

What's Covered

Your bienDo bedding is covered for 1 year from the date of purchase against:

  • Stitching coming undone or unraveling
  • Zipper damage or malfunction
  • Abnormal pilling due to manufacturing defects
  • Unusual color fading caused by fabric or dyeing defects

What's Not Covered

  • Damage caused by improper washing (please follow care label instructions)
  • Normal wear and gradual fading over time
  • Accidental damage (tears, burns, etc.)
  • Pet damage

How to Make a Claim

Simply fill in the form below. We'll review your request and get back to you within 3 working days with a solution — either a replacement or a full refund.

Our Promise

We will arrange a replacement for all approved warranty claims. In the rare event that a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be initiated through your original Amazon order. We aim to respond to all claims within 3 working days.
