At bienDo, we stand behind the quality of everything we make. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — no hassle, no questions asked.

What's Covered
Your bienDo bedding is covered for 2 years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects, including:

  • Stitching coming undone or unraveling
  • Zipper damage or malfunction
  • Abnormal pilling due to manufacturing defects
  • Unusual color fading caused by fabric or dyeing defects

What's Not Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage resulting from normal use or improper care, including:

  • Normal wear and tear from everyday use (e.g. gradual thinning of fabric, minor pilling, or fading over time)
  • Damage caused by improper washing or care (please follow the care label instructions)
  • Accidental damage (tears, burns, etc.)
  • Pet damage

How to Make a Claim

Our Promise
